Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality customer support, efficient operations, and long-term client satisfaction. With our regional footprint expanding, we are seeking a highly capable Regional Service Manager for China to strengthen our service leadership.
Folgende Herausforderungen erwarten Dich
- Lead and manage the regional service organization across multiple APAC markets.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Manage escalations, provide solutions, and support local service teams on customer site.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams in Germany to enhance the customer experience.
Das wünschen wir uns von Dir
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of service management experience, ideally in a regional role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Ability to manage cross-border teams, resolve escalations, and drive operational excellence.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin required
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the region and occasionally to Germany for training and team building purposes
- Able to work under pressure.
- Work independently and as a good team player as well.
